About Us:-
A dream that has truely been built from a hole in the ground and a crazy vision. The old and tired building and pool were replaced in 2008 .
After two years in the making, driven by our own obsession with Roman and Nordic bathing , our beautiful spa was completed in 2010.
We are not a big corporate, but family run . We have built this for ourselves but it was a shame to keep it from every one else.
We want to share our lovely spa retreat with you.
For those who have not yet experianced Nordic or Roman bathing , we will be delighted to introduce you into this world of antient art and tradition and look after you. In our busy lives there is little time to just stop and just be. Here at HydeAway Spa, we want you to have 'Time Just For You', whether you want to swim, have a sauna or hammam, have a treatment or simply chat with friends, we hope to have something for everyone.
We are situated in a quiet, but easily accessible part of Hertfordshire. Near enough and far enough from it all! Surrounded by fields and trees, we host a fabulous location to relax and unwind, away from the stresses of everyday.
Our facilities and the swimming pool are equiped with disabled access hoists and can accomodate people with various degrees of disability .
You can truly escape from it all, whether in a small or large group of family or friends.
We welcome children too of all ages too, however during their time at the spa, they remain the sole responsibility of their parent/guardian.
There is also adequate parking for several cars in our dedicated spa parking or on our private road.
What we do.....
There are different ways to enjoy HydeAway Spa:
You can choose one of the following:
a) Individual Treatments.

b) Private Hire for Groups of family and/or friends.
Private Hire 'bookings' for groups are available in 3 hour slots.
We can allow a maximum of 12 visitors( 6 during the Covid Restrictions ).

We also sell treatment vouchers so you can spoil someone you care for!
